Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. During sale periods slight delays may occur.

SHIPPING TIMES

For shipments to Europe please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your orders journey from us to you! Some shipments may experience delays when passing through customs. Please keep this in mind when calculating shipping times.

RETURNS
We offer a 30 day exchange guarantee if you purchase a size thats not right for you (provided your purchase is unused). Any damaged products will be replaced when reported within 5 days of receiving. Unfortunately used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

IMPORT FEES/TAXES
If applicable import and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office in advance.

PRE ORDERS
Please note we do not partially fulfil orders that contain a pre-ordered item. Your order will only be fulfilled once that item comes into stock. Please purchase separately if you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner.
